All truck sales at USA Truck Sales are considered final once completed and delivered.

Due to the nature of used commercial vehicles, trucks are typically sold “as-is”, unless a written warranty is provided at the time of sale. This is standard practice in the industry, where most dealers do not offer returns on used vehicles .

Limited Exceptions

Returns may only be considered if:

• The vehicle received is significantly different from what was agreed upon
• The issue is reported within 48–72 hours of delivery
• A return is approved by our team

💰 Refund Conditions

• Approved returns may be subject to inspection and fees
• Shipping, handling, and deposit fees are non-refundable
• Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–10 business days

🌍 International Orders

• All international sales are FINAL
• No returns once the vehicle has been shipped/exported
